We help organizations of all shapes and sizes improve efficiency to deliver a greater level of impact for communities and stakeholders.
Whether you are an organization that has been in operation for decades or a fledgling nonprofit, the common bond between all charitable entities is the necessity for financial resources to transform vision to impact. The more efficient the organization, the greater the return on investment for all partners – individual donors, government or foundation grantors, and/or corporate sponsors – and the greater the impact that is accomplished.
Our approach is rooted in the belief that the nonprofit sector can learn a great deal from profit-earning companies. When costs are critically examined, inefficiencies are removed, and investments are made based on key performance metrics, a greater level of success – and therefore impact – can be achieved. In other words, the better run the organization the further the financial resources will go.
We focus primarily on three areas of operation:
1) Governance, 2) Business Model, and 3) Revenue Model.
We work with our nonprofit customers to conduct a robust analysis of current systems, processes, and outcomes. From that analysis, we help shape effective strategies that secure greater financial resources. Founded by a Social Worker, Delivering Impact uses a strengths-based approach that identifies and builds upon the natural opportunities available for our customers.
Recognizing that organizations in need of this kind of support do not always have tons of unrestricted monies laying around with nothing to do, Delivering Impact goes to great lengths to keep customer costs as low as possible – allowing for maximum investment in fundraising.
We offer three levels of service for our nonprofit customers:
Consulting
For those customers that would like our highest level of service, we offer a retained consulting option. With this level of service, our customers receive dedicated staff that does all analysis, strategy, and set-up work to facilitate our customer’s success. A flat monthly rate is charged regardless of the hours worked to allow our customers unfettered access to their Delivering Impact support team. Rates are determined based on the size and needs of the organization.
Capacity Building
This option is designed for organizations that have existing staff with fundraising experience. Through a combination of pre-established tools purchased by organizations leveraging this option, and project-based support, Delivering Impact enhances the capacity of our nonprofit customers with this affordable and pragmatic approach. These relationships are contract based with agreed-upon rates that are set not to go beyond certain limits. Hours and project work are closely tracked and invoiced monthly.
Coaching
This option is designed for organizations that have existing staff with fundraising experience. Through a combination of pre-established tools purchased by organizations leveraging this option, and project-based support, Delivering Impact enhances the capacity of our nonprofit customers with this affordable and pragmatic approach. These relationships are contract based with agreed-upon rates that are set not to go beyond certain limits. Hours and project work are closely tracked and invoiced monthly.
